  • add material to an existing request, or
  • resubmit files that previously failed the virus scan.

You will need the Texas.gov Request ID number and the Governmental Body PIC ID located on the receipt of payment for the new request or in the confirmation email you received from Texas.gov. If you cannot locate these numbers, please visit www.texas.gov/help-support/#technical-support to log a support ticket with the Texas.gov Help Desk by chat, email, or phone.

Please Note: You will be charged an administrative fee to upload additional material unless:

  • You are resubmitting files that failed the virus scan on a previous attempt
  • Your files failed to upload on the initial attempt for unspecified reasons

*The cleaned files you are resubmitting must have the exact same file name as before or you will not be able to submit them without an additional fee.
